A: Our carrying partners UPS and USPS have made changes to their services to safely deliver your orders to your door. There may be some delays due to these changes. Q: Can I still return items?
A: Yes, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase for orders placed within the US only. You can find more details on how to return an existing purchase here.
Q: Are packages and product from New Era safe?
A: You can continue to order from New Era with confidence. According to the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), there is likely very low risk of COVID spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. As an extra precaution, you should always wash your hands immediately after handling packages.
